Name: Ingakankei Shinjikinoseisanchintakun
Nickname: Isumi
Age: 20
Sex: Male
Height: 6'0"
Character Type: Shinobi
Country/Village: Lightning Country ~ Cloud Village
Rank: Kage
Division: Hokage
Physical Description:
Takun likes to consider himself physically toned to perfection, and that consideration isn't too far off from reality. Due to his obsession with training to become a better shinobi constantly and his infatuation with looking good, he's toned his muscles to be quite large. Although he doesn't take the shape of a bodybuilder, he appears to be incredibly strong in appearance, especially with the type of clothing he wears to make his muscles show through the shirt. Although the area he lives in is rather cloudy and the sun is often blocked by the rainclouds that tend to always be in the sky, his skin is still quite tanned, due to hereditary means.
He's fairly tall, more so than many others his age, but for an Ingakankei it seems fairly average height, and being that others in his family have also continued to grow in inches even after the agepoint that Takun is at in present time. His weight was 190 pounds the last time he weighed himself on a scale, and that's all due to his muscular appearance. If he wasn't so obsessed with making himself as strong as possible, he'd weigh much lighter, as he's got practically superhuman metabolism and gains no weight no matter how much he eats. He's very fortunate for that sort of body composition. His skin is fairly rough and calloused, not fair at all, due to many vigorous styles of training he constantly undergoes. His eyes are a dark shade of brown and are very narrow in looks, and his hair matches the color scheme of his eyes perfectly, taking the same color. His hair is messily parted above his left eye and chaotically brushed torwards the side of his face and the back.
Clothing:
From the bottom up, he wears typical black shinobi sandals without any sort of socks to keep his feet hygienic, such stressed cleanliness isn't of that much importance to him and he allows dirt to creep under his toenails each day, although it is a very ugly feeling. He always washes the dirt out and steps carefully to begin with to prevent such matters, however. His undergarments are simple boxer shorts that he strongly hopes nobody would see, as they are typically his lucky animated cowprinted boxer shorts. He keeps three pairs, due to nostalgia sake as they were first given to him by his loving deceased grandmother that he honors by wearing these boxer shorts. They are blue of pattern and have black and white cows roaming around on it, it doesn't match his normal outfit at all.
His pants are nothing special, they are simple black pants that many Jounin seem to proudly fashion with drawstrings that tie around the ankles tightly and have the customary black and white horizontal stripes on his left thigh, signifying his occupation as a shinobi. He wears a fashionable black and white belt across his waist for fashion and safety, although the pants fit, securing them while running around is something important to him as he can't have them fall down. His shirt is very large and tight, it is a black sort of skintight fabric that covers the both of his arms, tucks in under the belt, and covers half of his own face, stopping at just above the tip of his nose, hiding his face, although he is rather good looking so there's no particular reason for him to hide it in the first place. He wears his hitai-ate in the traditional place originally meant, his forehead, although his hair covers most of it except for a little amount of the shining metal that one could see. Not even the Village symbol is visible, though. He wears two differently-designed armguards, one designed to cover most of his hand other than his fingers and the other having a white handage wrapping around his arm covering up the hand in a similar fashion.
Personality:
By nature, he's a very quiet person. His father and mother before him were both quite antisocial and were actually tricked into meeting each other on a ridiculous blind date. He's very shy and doesn't like to speak to others in a social form, he's usually very serious and talks about stirctly work most of the time. He doesn't have many friends because of this, but that doesn't matter to him at all. Inside, though, he's a very different person.
His personality is quite humorous and he's always thinking of jokes he'd wish to crack about people, practically invisioning them himself and chuckling out of nowhere. He dislikes being rude so he never speaks his mind, but for these odd reactions he's often viewed as strange. He's bad at controlling his emotions correctly, and when he's even a tad embarassed, his face shows up resembling a tomato, or similar situations occur in different moods. He's very competitive and doesn't like people being superior, and he often hates witty people such as himself that tend to be much more sociable than he, jealousy is one of his most uncontrollable sins.

Jutsus and Techniques
Stages 1-4
Ingakankei Bunshin: ( Must be taken to advance in the style)
The aspect of the Ingakankei that makes them unique. While these creations are called Bunshin, they only fit into the category of Bunshin in some ways. Yes, they take the form of the user, but it is less stabilized than a classic Bunshin, and the shape will quickly be lost without much focus. Also, Bunshin are usually made from elements around the user, while the Ingakankei Bunshin are simply masses of Chakra that move out of the user and into position for their respective attacks. They are almost useless in battle initially, but as the user's skill grows he is able to use them for a Taijutsu-based offensive.
Since the Bunshin are unstable masses of Chakra, they appear to simply shoot out a wave of pale orange energy from their bodies, which is sucked directly into the attacks that the creator uses. When a Bunshin runs out of Chakra, its entire body is absorbed into the attack. This method does not provide a very convincing illusion, but the Ingakankei are not, by any means, masters of Genjutsu. Number of Bunshin is the user's control added to reserves, divided by 4 (rounded up).
Now, on an OOC note: Bunshin for this style are used quite differently than the typical Bunshin, which is why the fact they are manifestations of Chakra should work out. There are seven total stages to the Ingakankei tree, and at each level you receive and additional "point" for every Bunshin you summon (Level 2 = 2 points, Level 5 = 5 points, etc). Summoning the Bunshin requires one post, after that post the Bunshin are allowed a 'free' post in which they are allowed to do whatever they please (usually this means getting into the proper position for attacking). After that free post, the points begin to be deducted.
There are two ways a Bunshin can lose points, attacking and not attacking (sucks, doesn't it?) If the Bunshin does not attack (which refers specifically to the jutsu within the Hageshii Hiraishin tree) then it loses one point at the end of the post. Once a Bunshin reaches a point value of zero, the Bunshin dissipates. If the Bunshin does attack (once again, referring to the jutsu within this tree) then the proper amount of points is deducted for the attack, and no point is deducted at the end of the post. When the Bunshin reaches a point value of zero by using an attack, the entirety of the Bunshin is sucked into the attack.
The points deducted for using techniques within Hageshii Hiraishin are as follows:
Stage 2 Attack: 2 points deducted
Stage 3 Attack: 3 points deducted
Stage 4 Attack: 4 points deducted
Stage 5 Attack: 5 points deducted
Taking a direct hit will deduct one point from the Bunshin, but not destroy them. If the last point is lost as a result of the hit, the Bunshin will dissipate.
It is important to note that the Bunshin cannot perform stage 1 or 6 techniques.
Ingakankei Hawatari Hasaki
A simple aura of lightning forms around the weapon the user is holding. This causes a numbing sensation when the opponent is hit, which lessens the pain, but also makes the victim not realize the full extent of their wounds. The numbness lasts for 2 posts, and after the sensation is gone the full extent of the pain is felt.
Ingakankei Ishiyumi Boruto
A Bunshin charges up energy into its weapon. Swinging the weapon in an arc, the Bunshin transfers the energy to the user's weapon. The user then swings his weapon in another arc, releasing the charged up energy in a bolt of lightning that flies at the target. Once the bolt is released it flies straight until it hits something, at which point it makes a small explosion of lightning (Explosive puch power). This numbs whatever part of the body it touches for 3 posts.
Ingakankei Nenten Taidaru
The user stands back to back with a Bunshin, holding his weapon out to his left. The Bunshin copies him and holds its weapon out to its left as well. Both the user and the Bunshin swing the blades around in a 180-degree arc. This sends a wave of electricity around them that travels around in a full circle about the user. Anyone hit by the wave is shocked and is numbed in the part of the body where they were hit for 2 posts.
Ingakankei Monosugoi Kataha
A pair of Bunshin leap into the air, crossing the tips pf their blades in midair. The user leaps up simultaneously and positions his blade at the angle made by the crossed blades. Lightning is charged up along the entire sword instantly, before the user comes falling back down to earth, slamming the charged up weapon into the ground. An explosion follows, bursting out in front of the user. This blast will knock an opponent backwards and is about as powerful as an explosive tag.
Ingakankei Ryuudan Mojuutsukai
Three Bunshin stand together and hold their blades together. A huge mass of lightning is formed and a dragon erupts upwards. The user stands in front of where the trio of Bunshin were standing and points his blade upwards at where the dragon is heading. With a brilliant flash of light, a tether of lightning is shot at the dragon, connecting just below the head. This allows the user to control the path of the dragon very effectively for 3 posts, or until the dragon hits something. In terms of power, this technique is weaker than the Raiton Rairyuudan, but it is much easier for the user to control

Stage Three:
Stat Requirements: Speed 14, Stamina 6; Tactics 8
Stage Bonuses: +5 Speed, +1 Stamina, +1 Strength (2 Special Technique slots sacrificed)
Attack Speed: The user is now able to comimit fairly competently to offense. The user's attacks whistle quickly through the air, and he is fairly readily able to hold the blade in both a standard and reverse grip to allow from an attack from virtually any angle.
Attack Power: Power improves insignificantly.
Evasion: Mobility is again, fairly increased. Dodging is still the primary focus of this style.
Blocking: The user becomes better still at defense. Namely, the training for catching at attack between both blades and then countering is introduced here. This is, more or less, the highest extent of the training in blocking, however.
Techniques
Name: Nibai Kiru (Double Cut)
Description: Simply put, the user attacks from two different angles with both swords simultaneously. Against someone wielding a single weapon, this can make it very difficult to parry.
Name: Gyakujou: Go (Frenzy: Five)
Description: This technique is not all too elaborate. Essentially, the user performs five strikes exceptionally quickly in an attempt to pierce the opponent's defenses, exerting a great deal of stamina in order to deliver several blows in an instant.
Name: Senpuu Benkai (Whirlwind Defense)
Description: The user holds both swords in front of themself and twirls them rapidly. The twirling blades allow the user to fairly easily deflect slow-moving projectiles coming at him. Faster projectiles will likely penetrate the defense, simply because the user is not well-versed in the spinning at this stage.
Name: Gyakujou: Juu (Frenzy: Ten)
Description: This technique is not all too elaborate. Essentially, the user performs ten strikes exceptionally quickly in an attempt to pierce the opponent's defenses, exerting a great deal of stamina in order to deliver several blows in an instant.
Name: Meimei-ken: Ichi (Invisible Blade: One)
Description: A fairly innocuous technique, this technique entails stabbing at the opponet while, at the same time, throwing a weapon in such a way that the attack obscures it (generally at a vulnerable area), aiming to hit them while they are distracted. Essentially, it is a not-so-elaborate feint.
---
Stage 1
Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirements: Intelligence 3, Reserves 3
Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies. Kawarimi may be used twice per battle.
Stage 2
Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)/Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique)
*Note: Unable to be taken by Genin at Character Creation
Requirements: Power 6, Control 6, Intelligence 4
Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.
Stage 3
Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirements: Power 10, Control 10, Willpower 8
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.
Stage 4
Shunshin no Jutsu (Instantaneous Body Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Requirements: Intelligence 12, Tactics 11, Willpower 10, Power 12
Description: An ability which allows the user to teleport from one area to another by stepping through a burst of chakra-made smoke. The user has to have been to the area before, distance is limited to about one mile, and it cannot be used in battle except to completely escape. It was most commonly used about a hundred years ago in Leaf but has since been replaced in a number of villages with elemental versions.

Biography:
Growing up as an Ingakankei was very ritual, and it was predetermined that young Shinjikinoseisanchintakun's life wouldn't deviate from the path of the typical clan member. His father and mother held no particular position of clan royalty at all, and were really quite the commonfolk of the clan, going unnoticed by many. While many of their cousins were brutal Jounins, for some reason both his mother and father(who's names are even longer than his own, causing it a tedious task to actually write them out), fared poorly in the shinobi occupation. His mother had changed her name when joining the clan as she wed Takun's father, and she was merely a medical-nin, only chuunin-level at the time of the marriage, so her skill wasn't outstanding at all. His father seemed to inherit all of his skill from his mother, who was, although a talented shinobi, stood no chance against the true Ingakankei. She didn't have to, though. She was married to one of them. It seemed that his most immediate and direct family were all very romantic, marrying people due to the sensation of true love instead of true logic. He was much like that as well, deep down, though, so it wasn't a trait he dismissed as inappropriate.
Takun was very much unlike the both of his parents. Even as an infant, he displayed prowess as a genius shinobi, and although inferior to others that were in the clan, he wasn't the most unfortunate either. He figured that although he gained his skintone from his mother and his dark hair from his dear old dad, his genius when it came to fighting was inherited from his grandfather, formerly one of the strongest and most talented shinobi in the entire village. Even as a child, when put through little training sessions he showed not only a natural affinity for learning to fight, but he portrayed great interest as well. He always seemed to enjoy learning new things every day, and although he was glad to learn basic life necesitties that he would be required to use as a normal person, the excitement of learning more about the militaristic lifestyle thrilled him.
Still, his enthusiasm was rarely identified by others. His heredity forced him to be rather silent and practically emotionless, due to his incredibly shy mother. He often wondered how she and his father actually met to become friends, and eventually lovers, they were both very different people in personality. One was very loud and rambunctious, the other quiet and shy, there seemed to be no chemistry whatsoever, except when they were alone together. He never liked watching them and their flirting, among other things when they didn't think anyone was watching, romance was purely disgusting to him, as it was to anyone of that age at the time. He was brought up fairly normally unlike other people in the clan, due to both of his parents staying relatively out of the whole strict Ingakankei militant policies and trying their hardest to be more nurturing parents.
They raised him as well as they could, reading many guides on raising a young male as a normal person. Of course, being that they weren't talented in the shinobi arts themselves(or at least not worthy to be his educators in that field of knowledge), so after half of a day of his gradual learning of varied general education subjects, he was sent to his uncle(one of the strongest and most highly-esteemed clan members) for lessons of the life of the shinobi. He had never told his parents that he enjoyed his uncle's lessons far more than his dear mother and father's, as he feared it would break their heart. He loved the both of them more than his strict uncle, but he couldn't help but lust for learning how to become stronger. It seemed as a natural need for him.
Takun was a very smart child, much like many of the Ingakankei. When he entered the shinobi academy in the Cloud Village, he was considered a natural genius by most of his peers and educators, but that truly wasn't the case at all. He was an incredibly hard-worker and had basically no social life to distract him from learning new things, so while many of the other children would play games in the grass, he would either have his nose in an instructional book or be spending his time alone exercising and making himself as strong as possible. His learning capacity was quite average in reality, he just wanted to become smarter more than the others, so, he did. Unlike a few slacking boys and girls that were in his class that failed a few years, when he was given the graduation test to take, he'd passed with flying colors and corny congratulations. He'd been offered to take the test two years ahead of schedule.
This misconception of his mental capacity to be genius when it really wasn't proved to be a problem as a genin. Because of this, although he was about as strong as his teammates, learning how to use all of his skills was difficult. He'd only begun in specializing in his clan style, and as a genin that had just begun their path to becoming an Ingakankei warrior, he was quite weak. The true power of the clan he belonged to never started to truly show it's power until more dedication was shown, and because he hadn't blossomed as a suitable shinobi quite yet, learning those sorts of techniques was difficult for him. So, to balance things out, he turned to his sensei. Kawari Keiko, another clan member, much like himself in the fact that they both lacked proficiency in their clan ways. She could only successfully perform just a few of her clan-specific jutsus, so she had concentrated on physically training her body to become stronger in ways of taijutsu. She had figured that was more fun than ninjutsu in a battle anyway, being 'in their face' was more exciting, she would always say.
So, he had her teach her her fighting style. Much like the Ingakaneki, it was a sword style, yet with no chakra-involvement included. So, at this point, he worked diligently to become a strong physical warrior. He wanted to please the elders of his clan so he still practiced with his bunshin and used them to his advantage often, yet worked on his other fighting style at the same time. He balanced his fighting style and came up with a way to become truly strong, and maintain his genius social status at the same time. Because of this, both of his teammates hated him. The other two boys were ninjutsu and genjutsu balanced with no special abilities that most other cloud shinobi couldn't achieve, and he had gained two. The teacher was the only one who knew the swordstyle in the village, and they were no Ingakankei, so learning those special techniques were out of the question. They didn't realize that the only reason they were different from Takun was due to his luck in being similar to the sensei and being victim to his bloodright. He'd always been desperate for friendship, and they shunned him out of their own jealousy. He often cried himself to sleep because the emotional pain affected him more than others. He only showed his tears to his blankets, though. He was very strong and didn't let out how he felt until he was secluded from others.
Because of the teammates' dislike of Takun, they decided that they were never able to experience the chuunin exams. For years and years they forced him to stay a genin and grow into his teens as a lower-level shinobi, even when he eventually grew to actually be Jounin-level in skill. One year one would fake an illness, another would be not showing up out of fear for their lives. For a bit the acting was good, but it became obvious they were treating him badly as a teammate. Both of their mothers got incredibly angry at them when this was brought to their attention, and when they had forced their sons to attend the exams, Takun was promoted, not to chuunin, but straight to Jounin. He had overcome all of his opponents and cleared all the tasks with ease, and after a private meeting with the Raikage, he was immediately promoted to becoming a Jounin-level shinobi. He slightly resented it and always wondered what the life of a chuunin was like, but had to simply accept his position. It wasn't his place to question his superior's judgement, and he was fairly flattered as well, as he hadn't heard of anyone else recieving such treatment after defeating a few opponents in the exams.
